Actually the mysql part is OK:
quota      | bigint(20)

As you can see the value readed from mysql ( 2000000bytes) is also OK:

* QUOTA "user" (STORAGE 1096 2000000)

The problem is the 1096 number calculated internally by dovecot. By 
tweaking the SQL querry I coud put any value instead of 2000000, but I 
was unable to change 1096 part.
