[Dovecot] Problem: dovecot-lda doesn't auto-create folders

D*mn, I fell into the trap again. I was searching for such parameters 
before posting my question here, but couldn't find them - because I was 
looking in the 1.x docmentation, not the 2.x one. Thanks for pointing 
that out to me.
