cant see all users - need to create symlink between mailboxes [request for help]

Hi,
Its okay now. I decided to use ACL.
Apparently the "Sent" mailbox cannot be viewed by dave. Any idea why?
When I do GETACL for Sent, the message I get is shown below:-
