[Dovecot] SQL + AUTH command bug?

Hi,

Removing the 'if' line that receives the AUTH command (effectively
stopping dovecot responding to the auth command) has worked as a temp
fix, our mail cluster is now authing Thuderbirds, but I'm sure it could
stumble others in the future.
