Configuration file has had a lot of changes, so you'll have to do that
again. 1.0-tests use differently named index files so you'll just have
to delete the old ones. Maybe I'll make that automatic as well.

POP3 needs to know sizes of messages and those are stored in indexes.
Otherwise it'd have to read though all the mails to find out the sizes
and that's slow.
