[Dovecot] POP3 fails on non-existent inbox

Hmm. What do you have in default_mail_env setting? That file should be 
created automatically, and I couldn't get it to break myself.

Or actually, does the user have access to create new files in 
/var/spool/mail? Looks like Dovecot doesn't complain if it can't create 
it. I'll change that.
