[Dovecot] Dovecot auth problem on FreeBSD 4.10

Hmm. Yet another problem with fd_send().. Code in src/lib/fdpass.c isn't
working right with your system. This is a bit difficult to fix without
access to the system since I can only guess what could go wrong.

Does FreeBSD define CMSG_LEN, CMSG_SPACE and CMSG_ALIGN macros somewhere
under /usr/include/? What are they? How is "struct cmsghdr" defined?
