[Dovecot] Can't open configuration file

here is the full error output as in my log file

dovecot-auth: "Jun 11 14:48:42 "Fatal: Can't open configuration file  /home/dovecot/dovecot-pgsql.conf: Permission denied

OK, to avoid ambiguity, can you show the output of:

# ls -ld / /home /home/dovecot /home/dovecot/dovecot-pgsql.conf

Then check you get the same log error as before.
