[Dovecot] Nested folders

thunderbird
right click on account "new folder" -> "foo" -> right click on "foo" ->
"new subfolder" -> "bar"

now i have "foo/bar"

on disk it looks like
~/Maildir/.foo
~/Maildir/.foo.bar

if you use mbox you cant have folders inside of folders which contain
mails.
