Hmm. It didn't notice the newly appended mail. It's probably because of 
an optimization Dovecot makes. I'll change this. Well, one last fix for 
tomorrow's 0.99.11 release.

UIDPLUS extension does that. I'm not sure if I'll add support for that 
before 1.0 release. Maybe.
