It is possible with 0.99 series to have inbox as mbox and remaining as
Maildir.

It is possible also for some users to use mbox and other users Maildir,
but only if _not_ setting default_mail_env (the internal default is to
probe if a valid Maildir exists and fall back to mbox if not).


With 1.0 series anything (except making coffee) is possible...

Correct me somebody if I am wrong here...
