[Dovecot] change POP3 default prompt

Hi A,

Look in the dovecot conf for:

# Greeting message for clients.
login_greeting = 

I think it is usually commented it, ours is:

# Greeting message for clients.
login_greeting = NSNOC mail cluster node 2 ready.
