[Dovecot] dovecot crashes -- more details

src/lib-storage/index/maildir/maildir-storage.c
goes ahead and makes a call to index_storage_mailbox_init() on line 427.

src/lib-storage/index/index-storage.c line 300 touches a "ibox-
>box.storage" which is set to NULL. Thus dovecot crashes.
