[Dovecot] corrupted binary tree and index data files

Dovecot's index files don't like living inside NFS mounted directories.
With 1.0-test releases they work much better after you change a couple
of settings, but still not perfectly. Maybe just put the indexes to
local disks:

default_mail_env = mbox:~/IMAP_MBOX_DIR:INDEX=/var/lib/dovecot-indexes/%u
