[Dovecot] 1.0alpha1, multiple lock methods?

"lock_method" is for Dovecot's indexes, why would you need multiple
locking methods for those?

But if you need to tune mbox locks then correct settings are
"mbox_read_locks" and "mbox_write_locks" and correct format like
"dotlock fcntl", so no comma as delimeter.
