I updated the wiki:

# quotaStorage must be in the format mentioned above
# For example: /var/mail/user:storage=10485760
user_attrs = uid,homeDirectory,,,uidNumber,gidNumber,quotaStorage=quota

I think that should work, but haven't really tried myself.
