[Dovecot] Sig11 and some corrupted indexes after 1.0-stable -> 1.0.alpha1

I just upgraded my production box from 1.0-stable to 1.0.alpha1.  I've
noted some new errors in my dovecot logs:

Aug 28 23:23:56 cliff dovecot: IMAP(rsferra): Corrupted index cache
file /mail/mcad.edu/rsferra/Maildir/.Sent Items/dovecot.index.cache:
indexid changed
Aug 28 23:33:57 cliff dovecot: IMAP(acarr): Corrupted transaction log
file /mail/mcad.edu/acarr/Maildir/.Deleted Messages/dovecot.index.log:
unexpected end of file while reading header

I'm not too worried about those, as I'm hoping they'll go away once
all the indexes have been rebuilt.  However, these are a bit more
disconcerting:

Aug 29 09:07:35 cliff dovecot: child 22484 (imap) killed with signal 11
Aug 29 09:07:36 cliff dovecot: child 22488 (imap) killed with signal 11

I don't see any other errors in the logs around those messages.

Platform:

Gentoo 2005.1, 2.6.10 SMP kernel, mail stored on XFS file system

Any thoughts?
