Dovecot 0.99.13 port, and package for i386/5.3

I'll test them some more and then submit a PR if the  maintainer doesn't get
around to it soon. To use the port, or just look, at it download the 
.shar.gz,
unextract it, execute it 'sh <foo>.shar' and cd dovecot if your unfamiliar
with shars.
