[Dovecot] 0.99.14 and nfs

There is a "lock_method" option in 1.0-stable and 1.0-tests for this. It
 doesn't seem to be in 0.99.x, though. Can you upgrade (1.0-stable is
recommended for new installs that don't need keywords)?
