[Dovecot] Still having problems deleting messages through IMAP

That's how IMAP works (and all IMAP servers). First the messages are
marked as deleted, then they're really deleted after "expunge". Some
clients also expunge them at logout or when changing mailbox.

I'm pretty sure there's an "expunge" button or something similar in
Squirrelmail.
