[Dovecot] dovecot crash after upgrade on FreeBSD

In the 1.0.a4_1 FreeBSD port update I asked the committer to note that
"user passdb { }" had become "userdb prefetch { }"; unfortunately this
didn't happen (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/88006).
