[Dovecot] Dovecot RPMs for Redhat Enterprise 3 repository?

Alen I got this error.
 [root at mail SPECS]# rpmbuild -bb dovecot.spec | more
error: line 7: Illegal char '-' in version: Version: 1.0-stable
 If I remove the "-" and change it to a "_" then the build fails somewhere
else.
