Ah, thanks for the link.

I again need to summarise though. OSX Mail allows people to run several
accounts very easily. Say I have a project called "PROJECT" and it has
its own mailbox. Can I safely allow many people to set up an imap
account with these details?

Or do Namespaces allow for better group sharing of resources?
