[Dovecot] LDA with postfix lock problem

Dovecot LDA doesn't read dovecot.conf at all.

Try what happens if you set restrict_setextragroups=mail in
dovecot-deliver.conf? I guess I should make mail_extra_groups work
directly in there (and later make LDA work directly with dovecot.conf..)
