[Dovecot] Lazy expunge plugin

In rc15 and previous, it isn't possible for thunderbird clients to delete a folder in 
a public namespace if the thunderbird client is configured to move deleted items to a 
trash folder (which is presumably in a private namespace).  The error message says:

"Can't rename mailbox to another storage type"

Does this version of dovecot remove that problem?
