[Dovecot] Questions regarding quota

Since noone answers, is noone using the quota plugin? Is it working at
all, I wonder?

Whatever I do, I only get "OK No quota.".

a001 OK Logged in.
a002 getquota ""
a002 OK No quota.
a002 setquota "" (Storage 512)
a002 OK No quota.
a003 getquota ""
a003 OK No quota.
