default_mail_env = maildir:~/Mail

However Dovecot expects the maildir to be in Maildir++ format. See
"Directory Structure" in http://wiki.dovecot.org/MailboxFormat/Maildir

You'll have to rename your existing mailboxes to the Maildir++ layout
format, or Dovecot won't see them.

Don't ever add the "new" to procmailrc! See the "procmail problems"
section in the wiki page.
