Hi Bill,

(2) I think this is the issue here.

   plugin {
     quota = maildir
     imap_quota = maildir
   }

Shuld be for example (works for me).

   plugin {
     #   1 GB quota limit                                                         
     quota = maildir:storage=1024000                                              
     imap_quota = maildir:storage=1024000 
   }

Have a look at http://wiki.dovecot.org/Quota

(1) Might be fixed by (2).
