[Dovecot] Expunge is not expunging unless called twice--revisited

It seems to be working on my install after some quick testing. (rebuilt 
1.0b8 w/these patches, FreeBSD 6.1, Eudora 6.2 clients.)  I'll post 
again if anything blows up when my users put it under load.
