Yes, there is. It's called "rawlog". See the bottom of
http://dovecot.org/bugreport.html

That's assuming you're using 1.0beta and not 0.99. For 0.99 you'll need
to configure with --with-rawlog and recompile. But better idea would be
to not use 0.99 anyway :)
