Yes I did. None of the issues described there looks like our problem (I
tried the Outlook specific workarounds as well, just to be sure, but
they only solve the problem that they are meant to solve :)

We've seen this issue from the beginnings of the 1.0 series, and iirc in
the 0.99 series as well.
