[Dovecot] POP3 quota trouble

I think Timo fixed this here

So, 1.0beta9 contains the fix. I use this build 
http://www.dovecot.org/nightly/dovecot-20060620.tar.gz and Maildir++ 
quota works for both imap and pop3.
