[Dovecot] imap process crashing with "file mail-cache-fields.c: line 26: unreached"

Thank you very much.  I hadn't found that change, indicating I didn't
search the CVS archive with sufficient thoroughness!  I'll make that
change in favor of the quickhack I did earlier.
