[Dovecot] Index corruption causes child process to die

(Yes to the guess.) Perhaps it was the setting lock_method=dotlock that
I tested at the same time that affected load.

On closer inspeciton, the duplication of messages appears is associated
with an extra error:

Nov 7 14:10:40 famine dovecot: child 5088 (imap) killed with signal 11
Where I find these three errors, I'm also able to find a set of hardlinked
mail files with corresponding timestamp.
