[Dovecot] dovecot ignoring config file contents -- istream.c problem?

Yes, commenting out HAVE_PREAD and PREAD_WRAPPERS from config.h has
fixed this problem!

As for notifying uClibc people, I'll first have to verify that I'm
using the newest uClibc version.
