[Dovecot] Migrating from uw-imapd to dovecot

MBX is a special UW-IMAP mailbox format. Dovecot can't read those. You 
must use a UW-IMAP tool to convert the MBX file back to a regular MBOX 
format. Any UW-IMAP should contain such a tool. Hope that helps.
