You can achieve this by running a cron script picking up those files from 
Maildir easily, e.g.:

sendmail -t -F"Full name" -f"sender" < ~user/Maildir/.Outbox/new/xyz

- -F and -f depend on user and/or must be verified from the From: field of 
the mail.
