[Dovecot] v1.1 plans

Are all v1.0 patches and CVS HEAD now 1.1? Specifically I was  
wondering if the quota rewrite (http://dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2006- 
September/016134.html) is or will be in the 1.1 builds.
