[Dovecot] Dovecot 1.0.0 and Seive 1.0.1 on FreeBSD

AFAIK, sieved is not a sieve plugin. At least here on Gentoo it is called
cmusieve (same in wiki) and it is located in /usr/lib/dovecot/lda/.
