Your file doesn't look right for me, especially with those colons being 
used!

Please start from dovecot-example.conf and develop your config file from 
that one.

This means another daemon is already listening on that port! You are 
already running another imap daemon.

Try this command to see what it is:

netstat -anp | grep 143
