[Dovecot] Nitpicking: rc21 startup banner says rc19

Interesting.  I got my RPM from atrpms.  Notice the differerence in the
number after the hyphen:

Yours:     1.0-2_42
Atrpms:   1.0-1_42

Should I not be using the binary from atrpms?  Is there a better place to
find binaries for Fedora Core 5?
