[Dovecot] lda sieve broken after upgrade

Umm. Before there used to be a separate "dovecot-lda" which provided its
own deliver. Sounds like you used that before. Nowadays there's only one
deliver that comes with Dovecot, and there is a separate Sieve plugin
for it. I don't remember when this changed. A long time ago.
