[Dovecot] Error: net_connect(/opt/local/var/run/dovecot/auth-master) failed: No such file or directory

Here you create it. I guess that error message comes from deliver. So  
two possibilities:

1) Change the path setting above to /opt/local/..etc...

2) Change auth_socket_path inside protocol lda {}
