In TWiki, there is a "publish" plugin that create an offline version  
of a TWiki Web. I don't know Moinmoin, but there might be a similar  
solution : http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/FormatterMarket

I like the idea of the single PDF, it's easy to use for a sysadmin  
and search is better than in multiple HTML files.
