I think the documentation should be in plaintext. At least I don't like
reading HTML docs myself unless they're really in the web (lynx kind of
sucks).

You previously suggested some text formatter in MoinMoin. I was going to
try that, but if there exists a simple "export dump" command to do
everything that would be even better. :)
