[Dovecot] Kolab: Can I use Dovecot instead of Cyrus?

Dovecot still doesn't have ANNOTATEMORE support. If the implementation
doesn't need to be superfast, it probably wouldn't be too difficult to
implement. Maybe even as a plugin to v1.0. Anyway it's pretty low
priority to me currently.
