If you use a passdb, which support queries, e.g. LDAP or SQL, you can use 
%r for the remote address.

Otherwise, setup two Dovecots, bind one on 127.0.0.1:imap only with one 
passdb. The other Dovecot is bound to *:imaps with another passdb.
