[Dovecot] Enable pop3 / pop3 and imap

Read The Fucking Manual / Search The Fucking Web (another popular is Use The
Fucking Google). Dovecot has nice wiki (http://wiki.dovecot.org/) and
heavily commented config files. So no need to ask this sort of questions,
just read.
