[Dovecot] Upgrade from 0.99 to 1.0

Shame on me again, I should search better :-( Is there any way how to change
pop3_uidl_format without need to download POP3 mails again (eg. some kind of
script to rewrite uidlist on server)? I am just asking because there are
some users who may suffer from this but I do not know to keep old settings
at all. But I do not want to spend much time with that; they were warned
that some problems may occur :-)
