Your UIDs have grown to huge values for some reason, and Thunderbird
doesn't like them.

I guess you're using mbox. You can renumber the UIDs by deleting
dovecot.index* files and removing X-IMAP, X-IMAPbase and X-UID headers
from the mbox.
